    Alu DAG is a mid-range product line of DAG launched in early 2012. Alu DAG cladding is manufactured from aluminum materials imported from China. There are two types of surface coating, indoor aluminum coating with PET layer and external aluminum surface using aluminum coating using PVDF paint and warranty for up to 5 years. It is assembled by 2 layers of corrosion-resistant aluminum, each layer is from 0.06 to 0.3 thick with the middle core being PE. The system of paint and texture of imitation wood and stone on aluminum surfaces is available in many paint materials in more than 20 colors. Depending on the nuances of colors and surface textures, it can be applied appropriately for many different items in the building

    INSTALLATION PROCESS:

    1. Aluminum sheet is cut by horizontal saw, circular saw, and circular saw.
    2. You can use a special shears, scissors or saw to discharge aluminum sheet.
    3. Aluminum sheet can be bent by cyclone machine.
    4. The aluminum plate hole is made with a special drill or chisel.
    5. The aluminum plate can be painted or printed with different colors.
    6. Links can be by self-tapping screws or rivet rivets.
    7. Can be slotted to connect two aluminum plates together.
    8. Screws / rivets can be used to join two aluminum plates or link on other surfaces.
    9. Aluminum sheet can be cut into various sizes.
